Acceptable stay with some drawbacks
dim lighting costly laundry service
The room's lighting was POOR. I struggled with the dim lighting, especially in the bathroom where adequate light is essential for grooming. The hotel did not provide conditioner, which I consider a standard amenity. I also requested an iron for my clothes, but the hotel refused. Instead, they offered a costly laundry service with a long turnaround time. This was inconvenient as I needed to maintain a professional appearance for work.

convenient supermarkets friendly staff quality ingredients
the hotel's location was good it was near two supermarkets. the staff seemed friendly and helpful . i found several restaurants close by that were convenient. the breakfast had quality ingredients and tasty pasteis de nata every day the breakfast room decor was also nice i loved the fresh juice.
the bathroom lacked ventilation so humidity was always present.

The staff was great, always ready to help. The breakfast had great selection. My room had two separate sinks, that was very convinient. I found the location near public transportation.

convenient location excellent selection professional staff
the location was convenient with nearby public transport options, this helped a lot. the room was very clean! breakfast offered an excellent selection. the help desk staff were professional and helpful, always ready to assist.
